Reset Your Password
1. In a new browser window, visit warbyparker.okta.com
2. Select “Forgot Password” (You can also access this page by visiting unlock.warby.io)
3. Enter your Okta email or username (firstname.lastname) and select “Next.”
4. Choose if you would like to reset your password via email or phone number
5. You will receive an email or text message with a 6 digit code
6. Enter that code to reset your Okta/Springfield password
7. Create and save your new Okta/Springfield password
