How to Submit a CyberSecurity Ticket
Any Company employee who becomes aware of a possible cybersecurity incident should report it promptly via a FreshDesk ticket https://support.warbyparker.com or via email to secops@warbyparker.com if a FreskDesk ticket can not be created.
When reporting via FreshDesk:
1. Proceed to https://support.warbyparker.com select "New Support Ticket".
2. Select ‘Information Security’ under ‘What kind of help do you need?’
3. Select Suspicious Activity or Other from the Incident Type.
- Lost/Stolen device tickets should be sent to the Techservices team, not the Security team.
- Phishing emails are reported by using the orange phish hook button in Gmail. How to report a phishing email can be found here.
4. Add as much detail as you can about the incident.
5. CC your manager for visibility.
6. In case of an emergency, you can reach the Senior Security Engineer, Aleksey Kravtsov via phone at (347) 770-7621 or Head of InfoSec Team, Matthew Saeed at (609)-602-2670.
7. The SecOps Team will investigate the reported activity. If it is confirmed as a legitimate security incident or a possible legitimate security incident, the full Response Team will be notified. Otherwise, the SecOps Team will close or re-route the incident.
